1.No Investment Advice

Zoe is an informational, analytical, and decision-support platform. Zoe is not an investment adviser, investment marketer, portfolio manager, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax adviser, legal adviser, or other regulated financial professional.

The Service does not provide investment advice, investment marketing, portfolio management, brokerage services, tax advice, legal advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, hold, short, exchange, stake, lend, borrow, or otherwise transact in any security, cryptocurrency, token, financial instrument, commodity, derivative, or other asset.

Any terms used in the Service, including "signal," "decision," "buy," "sell," "watch," "avoid," "protect," "confidence," "risk," "opportunity," "trigger," or similar labels, are product labels used to describe analytical outputs. They are not instructions, recommendations, guarantees, or personalized financial advice.

2.User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, and portfolio decisions. You should not rely on Zoe as the sole basis for any decision.

Before making any investment or financial decision, you should independently evaluate the information and consider consulting a licensed investment adviser, tax professional, legal adviser, or other qualified professional who understands your personal circumstances.

3.No Fiduciary or Advisory Relationship

Your use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, broker, agency, client, professional, or special relationship between you and Zoe, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, developers, licensors, or service providers.

4.No Trading, Custody, or Asset Management

Zoe does not execute trades, place orders, manage assets, custody funds, hold securities, hold cryptocurrency, transfer assets, control user accounts, or act as an intermediary with brokers, exchanges, wallets, banks, or financial institutions.

Any action you take outside the Service, including through a broker, exchange, wallet, or financial institution, is solely your responsibility.

5.Data, AI, and Third-Party Sources

The Service may rely on third-party data sources, APIs, market feeds, exchanges, news feeds, blockchain data, artificial intelligence models, statistical models, and user-provided information.

Such data and outputs may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, misinterpreted, or affected by technical errors. Zoe does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, suitability, or usefulness of any data, signal, alert, classification, explanation, confidence score, risk score, price, portfolio value, analysis, or AI-generated output.

6.Investment and Market Risk

Investing and trading involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Securities, cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other assets may rise or fall in value, sometimes rapidly and unpredictably.

Past performance, historical data, backtests, model outputs, confidence scores, win/loss history, or prior signals do not guarantee future results.

7.Cryptocurrency and Digital Asset Risk

Cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are highly volatile and may involve significant additional risks, including liquidity risk, cybersecurity risk, smart-contract risk, protocol risk, exchange risk, wallet risk, custody risk, regulatory risk, fraud risk, and the risk of complete loss of value.

Zoe does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any cryptocurrency, token, blockchain network, exchange, wallet, protocol, or digital asset project.

8.No Guarantee of Results

Zoe does not guarantee returns, profits, performance, accuracy, availability, investment outcomes, tax outcomes, or the suitability of any output for any user.

You acknowledge that any use of the Service is at your own risk.

9.Subscription, Credits, and Payments

Zoe offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription (USD, via PayPal). Pro renews automatically each billing period until you cancel in the app. Fees and renewal terms are shown on the Plans page before checkout.

If you cancel, renewal stops and you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund the current billing period except where required by law.

Zoe may modify pricing, plans, features, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law.

10.Prohibited Use

You agree not to: (1) use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes; (2) rely on the Service as your sole basis for investment or financial decisions; (3) use the Service to provide investment advice, financial advice, or portfolio management to third parties; (4) reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or exploit the Service; (5) interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service; (6) submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information; (7) violate any applicable law, regulation, exchange rule, broker rule, or third-party right.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoe and its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, developers, licensors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Service, your reliance on any data, signal, alert, classification, or AI-generated output, any investment or financial decision you make, any error, delay, omission, interruption, data failure, model failure, or technical failure, any third-party data source, API, broker, exchange, or service, or market volatility, losses, missed gains, or opportunity costs.

12.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoe disclaims all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and suitability for any investment objective.

13.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zoe and its owners, operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, developers, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Service, your investment or financial decisions, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the Service.

14.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights that you may have under applicable law.
