Evidence
Predictions are easy. Accountability is harder.
Zoe treats a forecast as a record, not a personality. If the record is thin, the product should say so.
Zoe writes down what it believed about a name, then later checks what actually happened. That is how a decision system stays honest with itself.
Research work is kept apart from live guidance. A new method does not quietly start ranking what you see until there is enough forward evidence to evaluate it.
Forward evidence means watching outcomes after the call, not fitting a story to prices that already moved. Many observations in the same window are not the same as independent tests.
When evidence is insufficient, Zoe should say so. A weak record is not dressed up as confidence, and a failed research line should not become live guidance by default.
Public counts of activity are not a claim of edge. They describe volume of work, not a promise of future results.
